Order Policy

Please choose your abaya carefully before completing your order, and make sure you have read all product details (size, length, and fabric).

First: Ready-made orders (immediate delivery)

  • The measurements listed for each abaya apply.
  • Please choose the appropriate length before confirming your order.
  • We are not responsible for the customer choosing an unsuitable size or length.
  • Please inspect the product upon receipt and report any manufacturing defect within 3 days of delivery.

Second: Custom tailoring orders

  • Please provide us with your exact required measurements.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.
  • If an error occurs on our side in executing the measurements or in the product, we take full responsibility, and an exchange or refund will be made according to the case.
  • If the error results from incorrect measurements provided to us or an unsuitable choice by the customer, the customer bears full responsibility and is not entitled to an exchange or refund.
  • For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused and with all its accessories.

Completing an order constitutes acceptance of this Order Policy and the terms stated above.
